knowing the difficulties that come with the times, we want to assure you that we will ship your order as soon as possible .

please be aware that all foreign orders will be shipped using DHL express. 

Minas Designs brides it's self for it's high standard of quality and control, hand crafting all aspects of the designs. 

Please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch on most jewelry designs. But note that due to the complexity and our high standard of quality certain pieces may take up to 10 business days. 

European Union Orders

All shipments are sent via DHL (excluding Greece).

Orders are always processed with our Black box gift option.

The shipping charges incl. VAT for delivery within the European Union and are:

• EUR 100 on orders within the EU with DHL.
• EUR 15 on orders within the EU with standard signed for mail.

Free shipping may be offered in connection with campaigns and custom orders for larger projects. 

The shipping charges will be listed on the checkout pages and in the order confirmation that you will receive via e-mail.

Rest of the world and USA

All shipments are sent via DHL. 

Orders are always processed with our Black box gift option.

• EUR 100 on orders with DHL.
• EUR 20 on orders with standard signed for mail.

Orders within Greece

All orders are sent with our standard couriers service at the flat rate of EUR 7.

We offer the option for cash upon delivery through our courier service.

DELIVERY TIMES

You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days within the EU and Greece and 2-3 business days for the rest of the world when we have the item in stock. For orders that select standard signed for post the delivery time is 4-10 business days*. As Minas Designs cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Minas Designs cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address. If the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way on https://www.dhl.gr/exp-en/express/tracking.html Please be aware that it may take 24 hours before your delivery information is registered in their system.

Exchanges and Returns

EASY RETURNS

The easiest way to return (cancel or exchange) an order is the following:

Send an e-mail to Customer Service at getintouch@minas-designs.com with the subject line:

“Return/Exchange of order number xxxxxxxxx” (insert your order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation).

Fill in the return form that came with your package and enclose it with your package when you return it. Remember to fill in your order number so that we can find you in our system and refund your money.

We will then refund your money minus the return fee of EUR 30 to the credit card or Paypal account from with which your purchase was made.
